Official Giveaway Rules — Criteria Corp Flight Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Booking and attending a meeting does not obligate you to purchase any product or service from Sponsor. Void where prohibited by law. Booking or attending a meeting is not required to enter and will not increase your chances of winning. See Section 5 for the free alternate method of entry.
2. SPONSOR — The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Criteria Corp, 750 N. San Vicente Blvd., Suite 800 W, West Hollywood, CA 90069 ("Sponsor").
3. ELIGIBILITY — The Giveaway is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (b) at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence), and (c) employed by or acting on behalf of a business or organization that may evaluate Sponsor's products and services, and d) permitted by their employer to accept the Prize. Not eligible: employees of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households; and employees of federal, state, or local government agencies or other persons who are prohibited by law or by their employer's policies from accepting gifts of this value. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to determine whether they may accept the prize.
4. ENTRY PERIOD — The Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. PST on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on December 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's records are the official timekeeper.
5. HOW TO ENTER — There are two ways to enter. Each person may submit one (1) entry in total, and all entries have an equal chance of winning. To enter, you must (a) book a meeting with a Sponsor representative through https://www.criteriacorp.com/get-in-touch and (b) attend that meeting, in full or in substantial part as determined by Sponsor, on or before December 31, 2026. An entry is not complete, and will not be eligible for the drawing, unless the meeting is both booked and attended within the Entry Period. Meetings that are canceled, rescheduled outside the Entry Period, or missed (no-shows) do not qualify. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of meetings booked or attended. Multiple entries from the same person, use of multiple email addresses or identities, or entries made by automated means will be disqualified. Entries made by any person other than the entrant are void. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: You may also enter without booking or attending a meeting by sending a request that includes your full name, email address, and phone number to hello@criteriacorp.com, received by December 31, 2026. Limit one entry per person across all methods.
6. PRIZE — One (1) winner will receive a gift card valued at $1,000 USD, redeemable for flights with an airline selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the "Prize"). The Prize is intended to be used toward airfare purchases, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that the gift card value will cover the cost of a particular number of flights. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $1,000. The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and may not be exchanged or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable. The Prize is subject to the issuing airline's own terms and conditions, including any blackout dates, expiration dates, fees, and restrictions on use, for which Sponsor is not responsible. Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards will not be replaced. The winner is solely responsible for all travel arrangements and expenses beyond the gift card value, including taxes, baggage fees, and lodging.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION — The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 4, 2027 from among all eligible entries received through either method during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of booking within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted, publicity release, as well as tax forms (such as IRS Form W-9). If the potential winner fails to respond in time, cannot be reached, fails to return required documents, does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, or the Prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are misdirected, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received.
8. TAXES — The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
9. CONDITIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION — By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In that event, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the event.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway, the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, or travel taken with the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or printing errors, technical malfunctions, late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications, or any error in the administration of the Giveaway. The Prize is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the foregoing may not apply to you.
11. PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION — Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and, where permitted, to follow up regarding Sponsor's products and services, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.criteriacorp.com/privacy-policy . You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Entrants who are California residents have additional rights described in the Privacy Policy.
12. PUBLICITY — Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, and employer name for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.
13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW — Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. WINNER'S NAME / OFFICIAL RULES — To request the name of the winner (available after January 11, 2027) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 750 N.
